Financial Service Representative (FSR) in Tampa:
Pros: Friendly culture. Multiple departments to move to and a different levels within the lending process to grow into. Was quick to transfer everyone to remote during the pandemic with many still remote or hybrid as things “open up”. Has made changes to become more tech savvy/modern then it was some year ago.
Cons: Too many changes/updates (daily). Overwhelming. Difficult to manage time off. Other employees in the same position not being held to the same standards. Becomes more Bank like instead of Credit Union like as it has been growing.
