Pros: It's never boring - there is always a problem to figure out, and I definitely feel like I am needed.
Cons: How things are done depend a lot upon individuals, not on written policies and procedures. It can get frustrating when you're trying to solve a simple problem and you get sent in a different direction by each person that you ask.
