What is it like working as a Financial Advisor?

Only for those with no experience.
Financial Advisor:
LEAN PROCESS has distroyed the sales division. You cannot conduct outbound sales that involves giving real financial advice and paperwork over the phone when you have 15 mins for each customer.

Pros: Helping clients meet their life goals.
Cons: The constant changes in compensation structure.

Pros: Meeting and building relationships with people
Cons: Service work, I don't think I get paid enough for the amount of service I put in. This time could be put to use elsewhere, for example bringing in new business.

Demanding, multi-tasking high sales job

Pros: The chance to help people improve their financial situation.
Cons: As I get better at my job, I'm farther away from people that need help and dealing with more affluent customers that are often too suspicious to even accept any advice or suggestions I make to improve their financial situation.

Pros: I like the fact that there is always work to do.
Cons: Infantile, unskilled and fishy staff and management
