What is it like working as a Finance Coordinator?

Being demeaned all day and tantrums all around, your opinion means nothing.

Always busy, multi-tasking, I enjoy it.

Cons: I am not being paid enough for the work I do.
May 2019
I have no voice, and make substantially less than others with my exact title, and they do not have any degrees. I do double the work and am treated like my bosses child. I have to listen to tyrants and ridiculous demands.
Finance Coordinator in Mechanicsville:
Pros: The other people and friendships I have built. There is a fair amount of freedom like if you need to run to the store, you don't have to clock out.
Cons: I really am intolerable to the constant berating and yelling and unprofessionalism displayed by the owner and his wife. It is so shaming and embarrassing and you have no voice at all. Your opinion means nothing, and I have been told that.
January 2019
