Cons: CULT DOCTRINE, DISREGARD FOR WELL BEING, LEADERSHIP POSITIONS ARE GIVEN NOT EARNED, MALPRACTICE IS PREVALENT YET DISREGARDED BECAUSE REPUTATION OUTWEIGHS MORAL DIRECTION.
