Pros: The plus is gaining experience in a wide variety of industrial machinery as well as maintaining flexible hours.
Cons: There are no benefits in this job: No 401k, no dental, no health insurance, no eye insurance. Appropriate raises are scarcely given and bonuses are meager. Forget about moving up because there is no up.

Pros: I get to work alone.
Cons: The cheating on hours worked. Everyday I have to fight for the hours work in the day. They always says its a computer problem. This computer problems always happen on overtime hours. There is a lot of technicians that are not US natives and will not fight for there overtime hours. Some technician will work 16 hours days and only be paid for 8 hours.
