Every "Secretary/Admin Assistant" has different salary structure and it is always wise to as the HR Consultant about what to expect from the offer and get everything in writing especially everything that is discussed in the interview because they like "not remembering" what was said or offered doing interviews and you then sign a different agreement to what you know of!

Pros: Attending meetings especially Board meetings.
Cons: The confidentiality of my job has made me to be a kind of person who enjoys working by themselves.

Pros: Good Salary. Not very stressful. My boss is nice. 2 days off. 30 days paid leave.
Cons: Sometimes boring, less talk and silent.
