Getting The Dream Job.
Executive Assistant to CEO:
CEO's are known to be driven, brilliant and demand excellence. You will need to be quick of mind and accurate, able to anticipate upcoming tasks to make their life easier, and intuitive, to maneuver in their corporate world. A legal background is extremely helpful in deciphering and managing documentation dealing with finance and contract management. Last but not least, ability to keep confidential information confidential is essential.
I would highly recommend getting some corporate and/or commercial legal experience which will put you in high demand for this position. Being organized and flexible will allow you to enjoy this position without the stress.
