Commit 120% to job. Being extremely confidential, flexible and willingness to learn. Team player. Being calm and able to handle all levels of work pressure. Availability at all times to Executive. Don't be afraid to take on new and challenging tasks as this is the best way to learn new things. Don't be afraid to take on challenges. Being the first point of entry to executive office you need to have peoples skills.
