Cons: Lack of challenges. Need to have a change of environment.

Be a team player, go beyond the call of duty, help others if they need help and you can take the time to help, treat everyone equal, finally always be friendly even if you are having a bad day.

Executive Assistant:
Pros: I like that everyday is a different agenda, and I'm constantly meeting new people. I really appreciate that I am around people that I hope to one be like, financially. Most importantly, I like that I believe in the endless possibilities of this company and how far it can go.
Cons: I don't like that I feel like the under dog. Most importantly the pay.

Great Position that Keeps you On your Toes!
Executive Assistant:
Pros: Project management, supervising a team of hard-working individuals that need training and guidance, accounting, charging clients for services received, building customer relationships, fixing minor computer and printer issues.
Cons: The low pay for the amount of work and dedication I have to the company, the environment in which my desk resides (in a multi-purpose room), employee turnover.
