Enrollment Coordinator Reviews
What is it like working as an Enrollment Coordinator?
February 2019
Keeps you busy.
Enrollment Coordinator in New York:
Pros: Keeps you busy
Cons: Lack of communication with management.
July 2017
A good job with disrespectful pay.
Enrollment Coordinator in Mount Prospect:
Pros: I like the discretion I'm given to do my job with a minimum of guidance or interference. We have clear guidelines that governs our work, and given its sensitivity, it is paramount that these are followed. I take pride in getting patients the medications they need, and I like knowing that my competence is valued.
Cons: The pay is absolute trash. Just wretched. I've been promised chances to work from home, only to be denied as others are converted. I've been awarded for excellent performance, but others have been promoted ahead of me. There is a fundamental lack of respect in the relationship between management and employees.
