Pros: I really like the team I work with. Engineers and site management are very approachable. They try and get one on one time with everyone to voice their opinions and concerns. They have lunch and learns every month to two months to keep us informed about our growth and new jobs we have in the pipeline. Every so often the boss brings bagels for everyone. They give out gift cards to people who work overtime or go above and beyond to make targets regularly.
Cons: Our plant has high turnover. Some people said they left because our healthcare is poorer than a lot of other employers in our area. Personally I think it is pretty poor, we get offered a health spending account. We work with plastics which out gas and have been linked to cancer.

A great place to start a fulfilling career. It is a clean facility with a vastly improving mindset/culture. Always competitive on benefits and pay. I strongly believe all the bad reviews are based on personal grudges and the management is improving.
