Pros: There is a big industrial and commercial market, as well as many hospitals. It ensures that even in time where money is tight that there’s work out there. You may have to find it but it’s out there. Hopefully we won’t have to worry bout the economy to much longer because Trump is doing great things.
Cons: Some area are dangerous, there are a lot of cheap ass, fly by night contractors that don’t want to pay what you deserve, and the average journeyman rate is several dollars off nation average.
