July 2014
Diversity, Projects Interaction, Different Culture, New Tech.
Electrical Superintendent:
Pros: Working mostly with Projects it gives a huge diversity in learning a number of new things especially to do with technology, it also exposed me in various trades like mechanical, civil and structural work which was purely not my line of specialty it always keeps my mind at 110% work rate.
Cons: It is a demanding job in a sense that I have to ensure that all contractors working under my watchful eye do reach their targets and deadlines, on that note pressure gets created if deadlines are not met or the contractor starts requesting some standing times, the other thing is I feel being overworked as I'm at the moment the only guy with my Project manager only running about eight major company projects and I feel that is too much for me to handle at times.
