Company Metrics Ruin It.

So Cal Edison has a guiding value of "Continuous Improvement", which they have used to force Metrics after Metrics down everyone's throats... We have essentially"continually improved" ourselves out of practicality.
The company belt tightens and belt tightens so much that they pay 1/2 as much as they used to for the same oosition while management and CEO bonuses get bigger and bigger.
