It's hard because you are compelled sometimes to adhere to instruction even though it is not working, your decision is undermined even it is progressive.

Pros: Relationship with learners, you always learn and read about issues.
Cons: Work load that is shoved to us and being compelled to adhere to ever changing policies. At the same time expected to do wonders while teaching and learning resources are insufficient
