Pros: What I like most about the the ministry is that teachers work as team. Communication between the staff and employers is good and very much appreciated. They offer competitive salaries and good health benefits.
Cons: The only thing that I least like is the long distance that I commute to work but I would beat that by working up early in order not to be late for work.
