Pros: I like that the atmosphere is not too uptight, and we are a small enough area that we can develop close working relationships with our customers and not have too long of a commute every day.
Cons: That smaller operations are not as progressive regarding females in traditionally male roles, and things get swept under the rug.

Transportation Highlights.

Pros: The customers and employees make the job interesting and worth the effort needed. Our employer is not only helpful to the staff but also extends himself for the well being of each customer. While the pay may not be what other companies offer, or even up to there standards, he more than makes up for that with his willingness to help as much as he can.
Cons: The fact that the pay is based per call and entry rather than offering straight time.
