Director of Sales:
Pros: My clients and the relationships I have built. Customer service has always been the most important thing to me.
Cons: Having to report to not only a general manager, but also a director of ops and regional director of sales. Too many hands in the pot. Our team is fairly one-sided and makes mistakes often. My position seems to not be appreciated by others or other leadership persons. Our sales office team is young, and the work ethic is not there.
