Cons: The fact that no one wants to learn how to speak English. There is no communication between superiors which leads to issues amongst the people who work there. They change their business/sales plan on a daily basis and never is consistent.

I would avoid if possible. Management is weak and set in the ways of doing business 20 years ago. To make matters worse, the company actively sells to non-Profesional channels at a lower price, making it impossible to compete in the market place. In addition customer service is nonexistent, creating hostile relationships with your accounts.
