Busy Life, Rewarding Career.

Pros: We have some of the best weather and some amazing companies introducing the coolest technologies that make our lives and even our planet better every day. Some of the smartest people in the world are drawn to the Bay Area / San Jose, CA and it really drives a highly capable and productive workforce.
Cons: San Jose has a very competitive pay environment making it harder to build your best teams and traffic can be quite chaotic. Public transportation is not great at all.
