Pros: I enjoy the freedom of being creative, including arranging music and writing music. I also enjoy helping others through the ministry of the church. Planning events is another bright spot for me, from helping other Leaders with their events to planning children's events. Overall, I would say I am challenged by the diverse tasks I encounter, but am so gratified when projects come together!
Cons: I do not like when communication breaks down and questions go unanswered. I believe in transparency as much as possible.
