Customer Experience Strategy Is A Pioneering Role.
Digital Strategist:
Do not confuse Digital Strategy with Customer Experience Strategy. This site does not even have Customer Experience Strategy listed and boxed me into Digital Strategy drop down guess for "closest to". Developing Digital within Omni Channel is a subset of overall CX Strategy where in my case Digital is current focus because is about driving seamless experience with brand. I use data to drive how humans will interact to technology of the future through segmentation and professionalization. But key to my role is the pioneering aspect and research, actions and deliveries where I must centralize Business Intelligence, Technology, Big Data and CRM with DESIRED or anticipated Customer Experiences of future. Most people who are coming through the current digital disciplines of User Experience and Information Architecture and have deep experience driving OMNI Channel end to end Platform eco-systems that enable a business to innovate in ecommerce will or should naturally migrate to the CX Discipline.
