Dietary Worker in Lucedale:
Pros: Close to home
Cons: Small town
September 2019
Hard cause there are to many kids how don't do their job and I always have to do the work they don't.
Dietary Worker in Philadelphia:
Pros: Being there for the residents
Cons: The pay
February 2019
Dietary Worker in Lexington:
Pros: Interactions with the residents
Cons: Lazy co workers pawning their work off on others so they can talk to each other and spend time on their cellphones. 80 percent of the staff is 23 or younger and come in hungover and management don't seem to care unless they like then they send them home. One resident asked for hot chocolate and the employee asked do I make this with water or milk and older employee said "If you're drinking it make it with milk cause it taste better but if it for resident use water because who cares and it's faster" The employees are just lazy, sloppy people.
