Pros: To arrive on time to to work and knock off five o'clock always,expect i'm sick,or some confidence happen .
Cons: To recieved some letters from my director or my managers behalf of me ,good communication with a colleques of all staff members,To arrive every thing s I recieve it to the regions ,and like so much all understanding same time when we on the meeting or agree ,participant good conditions.
