Always to check what platform are they going to learn for future. Always listen to yourself and not your company. If you don't feel comfortable with this change your job at the beginning itself. Always give priority to your post, salary and travelling commute. Be accurate for your future planning in this field and never join as a third part company. You are harassing yourself you will be never listened by your superiors.
