Work Hard, Play Hard.
Design Director, Interior Design:
Pros: My job is high intense, busy and rewarding. I have the opportunity to be creative and bring my ideas to life. It's constantly changing and growing. My boss allows me to be as innovative as I want (as long as it meets the budget). I couldn't have asked for a better job.
Cons: It can get extremely frustrating working with the guys in the field. They need to be "handheld" through decisions. It keeps us from being productive and moving forward. The hours can be extreme from time to time but when you love what you do, the days fly by. At times, it's very intense and the deadlines are unrealistic.

Pros: The happiness of the clients and the positive energy of the work environment are extremely satisfying.
Cons: The constancy of pressure to not fail in pleasing the client. Also, if clients do not pay their bills, be it late or not at all, I detest having to contact them to make them pay risking losing them as a client all together.
