Pros: The fact that we treat every patient that comes through the door as a family member. It's amazing to see lives we change in a year!
Cons: Having to deal with very rude patients. The world doesn't revolve around just one patient, and we do our besteam to take care of every patient that walks through to door. However threats and spitting on our windows and such is totally uncalled for.
