What is it like working as a Deli Clerk?

Deli Clerk:
I was a little discouraged with the rate of pay. I was told one start rate only to be paid lower. I could get no proper answer from any supervisor and had to find out on my own thru the Kroger employee website. I was definitely worth more then $11.20 a hour having 5 years of experience as a chef in a coroporate company.

Pros: What I like most about working in Aurora is that there isn’t a lot of traffic.
Cons: What I like least about working in Aurora is that there aren’t a lot of good paying jobs willing to give someone with no degree a chance to prove they’re able to do the job.

Difficult Enviorment.
Deli Clerk in Kearney:
Pros: The people I work with are enjoyable and most of the customers can be very nice. I work in a fun environment.
Cons: Some of the customers can be horribly rude, the pay is bad, and it is difficult to find a full-time position or a job that provides enough hours. The cost of living is too high in this town and finding affordable housing is near impossible.
