Pros: That I finally can work from home.
Cons: Management lack of productive communication. Medical insurance that doesn't cover anything. No mental health services. No paid vacation. No paid maternity leave. No paid sick time. Not being able to use PTO to cover hours missed for being sick. Having to be yelled at by entitled customers, who mention that they are long time customers as if it changes anything, who think you can change corporate policy just for them.

It's very convenient for transport ,its also expensive in terms of accommodation and you gt more opportunities to choose from like education or work or you can do both.
