TO BE OR NOT TO BE.....Data Entry Clerk or Backup Clerk.
Data Entry Clerk:
Establish what exactly your job "Title" is! Are there specific duties that are required of you or are you there to just "back-up" co-workers. What do you do when backing up a co-worker becomes your regular unassigned task, who do you go to? Remember...there is no way on God's green earth that we will all get along, treat your co-workers (no matter how much they may irritate you") with courtesy & respect. If you are not happy with your position and you have exhausted all avenues for a working relationship with your employer/co-workers....start looking for a new job, go back to school but do something to change your situation.
