Pros: My day to day duties are enjoyable
Cons: Management doesn't listen or answer questions and is quick to turn any blame onto employees. HR is the same. There is no opportunity for a conversation when something goes wrong. Management and HR are unwilling to budge once they've convinced themselves of a situation, going as far as faking an email to turn down any opportunities of reconciliation.
