Pros: Data mining and exploring new insights in the data.
Cons: Stress level is very high to think differently.

Pros: The different data I work with on a daily basis.
Cons: Reporting can become mundane and people get to lazy to get their own information of off existing reports.

Pros: Big name clients. Creativity. Collaboration. Smart colleagues.
Cons: Lack of organization.

Pros: Analyising and resolving problems.
Cons: Pressurising other teammates.

Pros: Constant learning, new data tools and ways to manage data explored.
Cons: Can be frustrating at times. Unfairness in workplace, colleges offered more opportunities.

Pros: Challenging due to multiple deliverables; liberty given to the staff to do their job and suggest process improvement; opportunity to interact with other colleagues across the globe.
Cons: Unclear / Undefined track for growth and development; lack of communication in regards to career advancement; Overtimes more often than not are not being paid; Holiday Pay only applies when you actually worked on a holiday. Salary and benefits package are not that competitive.
