November 2019
Under-appreciated and over-worked.
Data Analyst in Flagstaff:
Pros: I like my manager and fellow analyst. They are always supportive and appreciative of work done among us. I would've tried to leave already if not for them.
Cons: You are overworked and given little thanks. You will not be given help or instructions on how to do your tasks but you're expected to figure it, give perfection, and deliver it earlier than what was asked. There is a severe lack of communication. I get dumped with the hardest tasks, things that are not in my job description, and the director is always dissatisfied with anything I give; even if it is solid and good work.
