Pros: Contracted to PGE, Appreciated that I am not over monitored, and trusted to complete work without constant check ins
Cons: Did not appreciate the lack of benefits. Only offers 3 days paid sick leave, no paid leave, health care coverage is abysmal, overall benefits make this job not long term viable
