Pros: I feel it’s not too small and not too big, but has the potential to take on the big fish should they/we want too in the future.
Cons: Some of the internal technology is way out dated and some industry standards (operation side) could use massive overhaul and reworking to be more productive daily to take on bigger/more complicated accounts.
