Pros: It's a major metro area with a decent amount of diversity. There are a lot of companies here, and many more companies are moving their headquarters. The airport is a great transportation hub for travel too.
Cons: We deserve to see more diversity in leadership. The commute can also be really rough depending on where you work around the city and time of day.
