Happy face.
Customer Service Technician:
In my time as a CST I've met many different people who come from different walk of life, backgrounds, heritages and beliefs. One thing that they have in common is that they respond best when the technician knows what he/she is talking about (or at least sound like it). Honesty is your friend, use it always. If you hum and haw and don't speak like you know what you are doing, customers will tear you to pieces, so know your job and what is expected of you, know your boundaries and don't be brow-beaten into doing something outside of the scope of your job. Know your limitations and defer to someone who can help rather than making promises you may not be able to keep.
