Cons: Customers are difficult, the management style from the top is using outdated ideas from the 1980's.

Pros: Variety of things to do. Time goes by fast if you stay bus, which I always do. I like to do the resets and build display furniture. Sometimes I like to do recovery. Most of all my co workers.
Cons: The company I work for doesn't act like they care about the employees that run the stores that give them their paychecks. I was a full time associate. But because I worked in a store that closed down, when I transferred I had to give up fulltime and go back to part-time. So now I'm a part-time associate that knows how to do almost everything and is very thoughtful and helpful of others never had a customer complaint but many compliments even tried to motivate other employees to sign up customers for rewards program by making my own competion and the district manager was then very impressed by My initiative because of it, yet I couldn't transfer unless I accepted 28 hrs a wk. I also wish they gave stores a training program of some sort so new employees weren't thrown into everything and ignored by other employees. I always let them know that can come to me with any questions and I'll help them no matter what I'm doing. Ya I may get in trouble but it's not fair for new people.
