Disappointed with the benefits packages.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Los Angeles:
Pros: None at all.
Cons: During my time I was consistently disappointed with the benefits package. The health insurance was expensive and had high deductibles, and the retirement plan had low matching contributions. The vacation policy was also very stingy, and I was only allowed to take two weeks of vacation per year. My supervisor was also very inactive and didn't seem to care about my development. I often felt like I was left to fend for myself, and I didn't get the support I needed to do my job effectively.
