Customer Service Associate:
Pros: Working with the public. Helping to solve problems. The ability to grow with the company.
Cons: Employee moral has declined due to management having to please EVERY customer. Being called names by customers.

Pros: When a customer ask me to help them find something and they comment on how much they really appreciate the help.
Cons: Not getting the respect from some of the customers. Some managers treating me like dirt.

Be friendly and smile, Learn all you can about the business and the different departments in the store and know where the product is located so you can take the customer to the product. Product knowledge is a plus. Ask the customer questions about what they are working on, So you can be sure they have everything they need to start and finish their project. Be flexible you may have to work another department.
