Pros: Friendly environment.
Cons: Commuting.

Pros: It gets me out of the house and provides me with an income.
Cons: Using your own brain is frowned upon, disability is considered an "inconvenience" at best, and communications to colleagues are printed in a way that they appear to be aimed at primary school children.
