Great!
Crew Chief in Los Angeles:
Pros: My commute to work is only 15 minutes away from home
Cons: the afternoon traffic, which takes 30 minutes to get home

Cons: 10hour a day of working without paying overtime unsatisfied hours

Crew Chief:
Taken in count how many hours you put Weekly. Time management. Knowledge of how to build. Able to keep a crew going throughout the day.

Pros: Working outside, changing job locations.
Cons: No help from my unexperiecned co-worker.

Its very long and tireing hours. I do the job of five people.

Pros: I make 15$ an hour and make peoples home disaster like it never even happened.
Cons: Long hours. No days off. Rude co workers.

If everyone was on the same page it would be a lot better.

Pros: That I get to help people get there home back together and making the customer at ease.
Cons: There needs to be more management and more organization. I feel my manager has to much on his plate and no organization.
