Pros: I don't work in Santa Ana, but I live in Santa Ana. I work in Costa Mesa, which is a nice area, but expensive. I plan on moving out of Santa Ana in the next year or two to start a family.
Cons: Working in Costa Mesa is good - lots of good food options, good weather, close to freeways. The thing I like least about it is that I have to commute ~20 mins to work and traffic can sometimes make it much worse.
