International companies rate performance on the US $
Country Manager in Kempton Park:
Understand the fluctuation of your counties currency and how that impact your countries performance. The weakening of your countries currency results in US $ performance not showing growth, while in local currency you are growing rapidly. Get them to accept local currency performance and growth in conjunction with the US $ performance. Small markets struggle to get the same level of support that the large countries do, this is based on the US $ turnover. You are responsible for packing parcels to managing your P&L. Getting additional sales people is also turnover based, small markets do the same amount of work on each account that large markets do, but the $ value is small and you are not seen as successful as a result of the size of your market. Highly stressful, challenging and offers international exposure to other countries and best practices. Being part of a Global company is rewarding on a personal growth level and offers experience that is unachieveable in a local company.
