What is it like working as a Counter Manager?

Fulfilling but difficult.
Counter Manager in Moline:
Pros: I like helping people, I always enjoyed my clients and the services I provide.
Cons: You do not get to manage correctly. Everything you do is never good enough and management does not understand how a cosmetic counter works.
May 2017
Hard but mostly fun.
Counter Manager in Christchurch:
Pros: Selling makeup making people happy free product learning.
Cons: Catty environment, workplace bullying, quiet store.
August 2015

July 2015
Cosmetics conundrum.
Counter Manager:
Pros: I love that I am paid to do what I love.

April 2015
Hard work without recognition and no pay increase.
Counter Manager:
Pros: Most of my coworkers.
Cons: No recognition for those who work hard and deserve it.
