Its exhausting at times but if you have Supervisors who are true leaders you work above capacity because you know they have your back.

Pros: You get to actually aid in the process of rehabilitation and with some inmates you actually make a difference in their lives towards correcting problematic behavior and situations.
Cons: I don't like that at any given time someone can submit a letter or note about you or anyone they dislike anonymously with accusations and your looked upon as such without any investigation being conducted. Then your punished strictly off of hearsay. Unfair on all levels.
