Pros: You work on somthing diffrent almost daily.
Cons: You have to be in good with management to be given a raise or just promoted. If you are not a "Tech" you get little to no training on the new products coming out for your job so if you are an Assembler you get further behind.

Cons: Lack of communication and proper lower management, nepotism, favoritism, and failure to recognize and appreciate a hard-working employee with good ethics. Lack of proper training program due to language barriers
