Pros: My boss manages 60 people, does not know my job responsibilities, has no idea when I arrive or leave, gives me free reign to resolve problems as however I see fits best.
Cons: I'm a paralegal but am not directly supervised by an attorney so I do paralegal work but I am paid the salary of an administrative assistant.
