Pros: Lots of interesting people and plenty of opportunity to work on interesting problems and projects
Cons: The compensation tends to lag behind the rest of the market. Once you're in, you can't get more than a 15% increase annually, and that's only if you get a promotion (otherwise it calls at 5%). Benefits aren't terrible, but aren't great. The demands for work output can be grueling, and priorities can shift quickly enough to cause whiplash.

Cons: Lack of growth opportunities, politics, lack of leadership (100% managed, 0% lead), task focused not people focused. Old fashioned inflexible corporate culture. Very top down organization.
